The Apple
Japan can sometimes be expensive and sometimes very cheap.
At the moment it’s pretty hot (heading into the humid summer), so I fancied an apple after work – this is fairly unusual having eaten maybe 5 apples in as many years.
Stopped off at the supermarket near the station and was surprised to find myself paying just under a quid for ONE(!) apple.
Now, I haven’t been in England for a little while, but that’s expensive right?
And it was the cheapest one there.
Still, sushi’s cheap
