Ashiya

Just been reading in the newspaper (well, it was in the Japanese paper, so I didn’t read it as much as have it read to me), that there’s a new book out listing the top towns/cities to live in, in Japan.

Apparently, Ashiya, our fair city, is the number 2 city in Japan!!

The No.1 or ichiban is somewhere in Toyko. This is based on land prices, number of rich people and high tax paying people and “image” I think.

Could do with more retro games shops, cinemas and video arcades, but think that’s a minority opinion around here…;)
